About the Role

The Project Admin will support the Assistant Director (Construction) with daily administrative tasks on-site. This role focuses on organizing documents, coordinating requests, and helping the site team with reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Assistant Director with daily site administration.
  2. Help with basic project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities.
  3. Track daily and weekly progress and prepare simple reports for management.
  4. Coordinate with site teams and head office for RFIs, document submissions, and procurement requests.
  5. Follow up on material requests and delivery schedules with procurement and warehouse.
  6. Prepare and update project documents such as daily reports, progress logs, checklists, and meeting notes.
  7. Maintain organized filing of documents, photos, and site records.
  8. Support with basic data entry and simple analysis to help improve project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Based in Bali preferred
  • English proficiency is a must
  • 1–2 years administrative experience (construction experience is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of construction workflow (materials, site reporting, simple terminology).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site.
