About The Client:

A new luxury boutique hotel in Uluwatu, where elevated comfort meets the island's laid-back surf and wellness spirit. We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and authentic guest experiences.

What You Will Contribute:

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in pre-opening human resources operations, supporting recruitment, HR administration, compliance, and employee relations to ensure the hotel is fully staffed, compliant, and operationally ready for opening.

This role requires a strong understanding of hotel HR operations, hands-on execution, and the ability to work closely with management during a fast-paced pre-opening phase.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for all hotel departments, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and hiring documentation.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Department Heads on manpower planning and staffing requirements.
  • Handle onboarding processes, joining formalities, and coordinate training schedules for new employees.
  • Manage daily HR administration including employee data, contracts, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, and company HR policies.
  • Manage payroll administration, including attendance reconciliation, salary data preparation, and coordination with finance
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Support management in handling employee discipline, performance management, and basic industrial relations issues.
  • Assist in building positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports related to recruitment status, manpower data, and HR administration.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as recruitment vendors, BPJS providers, and training partners.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as HR Coordinator or HR Officer in hotels or resorts.
  • Strong experience in hotel pre-opening HR setup is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and hotel HR best practices.
  • Proven experience handling HR administration.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and directly with top management.
