Responsibilities :
· Handle the full recruitment process for all subsidiaries (headhunting, screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding).
· Coordinate with users/management in each business unit to understand staffing needs.
· Create and post job vacancies on various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, internal database, etc.).
· Screen CVs and select candidates based on the required qualifications.
· Schedule and conduct HR interviews and support user interviews.
· Prepare regular recruitment reports (manpower fulfillment, time to hire, cost per hire).
· Ensure the recruitment process follows SOPs, company policies, and labor regulations.
· Support the onboarding process for new employees across the company group.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management or related field from reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment position.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets.
Highly exceptional communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
Fluent in English oral and written.
