We are looking for a for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our people operations and ensure smooth, compliant, and well-structured HR processes across the company.

What You'll Do:

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
  2. Maintain and update employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation in alignment with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  3. Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience and complete documentation.
  4. Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees regarding company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices.
  5. Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
  6. Monitor and maintain employee data related to attendance, leave, overtime, short time, and RDO, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  7. Coordinate closely with the Operational Manager and external payroll team to prepare accurate payroll calculations and ensure timely payroll processing.
  8. Manage statutory employment benefits, including Indonesia's BPJS Health and BPJS Employment, ensuring accurate registration, updates, and reporting through the designated systems.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1–3 years in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  3. Experience in the beauty industry is a strong advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  5. Experience handling payroll coordination and BPJS administration is highly preferred.
  6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. English proficiency is an advantage.
