Job Responsibilities:
**Recruitment (50%)**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.

**Compensation & Benefits, Contract, IR, and HR Administration (50%)**
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, deductions, and incentives.
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations, updates, and claims.
- Manage employee contracts, extensions, and documentation in compliance with labor laws.
- Support Industrial Relations activities, including handling disciplinary issues, issuing warnings, and coordinating termination processes with the HR Manager.
- Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files (digital and physical) in an organized and confidential manner.
- Provide general HR administrative support and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, BPJS administration, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
