**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR administration (attendance, contracts, database, etc.).
- Handle payroll processing, BPJS Health & Employment, and employee leave management.
- Support training programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related field.
