**Human Resources Generalist**
- Ungasan, Badung, Bali | On-Site| Wine Adore Indonesia_

Wine Adore is looking for a passionate and hands-on HR Generalist to support our growing operations across multiple functions.

This role will cover Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Database, while collaborating with teams across Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and coordinate with Hiring Managers across departments
- Maintain HR documents, contracts, trackers, and databases (employee lifecycle data)
- Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and general admin
- Collaborate with the HRBP to improve internal systems and HR processes
- Help coordinate HR initiatives (engagement, performance reviews, L&D, etc.)
- Contribute to internal reporting and compliance needs for the Indonesia office

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or similar roles
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, digital tools, or HR systems
- Proactive, accountable, and able to handle multiple tasks independently
- Open to grow into a broader HR role in the future
