We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support payroll processing and track attendance records (through manual processing).
- Organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR administration and generalist responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as a coordinator or similar position.
