HR Officer – Giselle Bali Canggu

Position Overview:

Responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources processes, including recruitment, employee administration, training & development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and general HR administration.
  • Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, and current employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • English proficiency at least communicative (written and spoken).
  • Willing to be based in Canggu, Bali.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and job offering.
  • Maintain employee database, attendance records, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor regulations.
  • Manage BPJS, leave administration, and general HR operational tasks.
  • Support training & development and employee performance evaluation processes.
  • Manage employee relations, workplace discipline, and internal issue resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day HR operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
