Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Supervisor, based in Badung. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, planning marketing initiatives, leading the sales team, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong communication with clients and stakeholders. You will play a vital role in ensuring the clinic's services are effectively promoted to both local and international audiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in same filed.
  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop effective strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market data and trends to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients, build relationships, and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Experience and expertise in Sales to lead a team, meet targets, and enhance overall revenue for the clinic.
  • Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and drive success.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or dental industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for marketing and sales analytics is a plus.
