The Job Descriptions :

● Prepare the villa for guest arrival: clean thoroughly, place guest amenities, and ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.

● Maintain cleanliness and order in the villa on a daily basis.

● Replenish daily consumables and change linens when needed.

● Welcome guests, assist during check-in and check-out (e.g., handling luggage, opening doors, greeting).

● Respond to guest requests and provide assistance within assigned responsibilities.

● Immediately report any maintenance issues, guest complaints, or operational concerns to a supervisor or manager.

● Follow dress code and demonstrate professional and courteous behavior.

● Collaborate with other butlers, gardeners, and pool attendants.

Requirement :

● 2 years experience in the same position in hotel, resort or other hospitality industry.

● Senior High / vocational school, Diploma or above

● English both written and spoken is a MUST

● Disciplined, responsible and able to follow operational hour

● Initiative and able to work in a team

● Willing to be placed in all areas that require

● Able to join immediately
