About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Social Media Management in our business. You will play an important role in our ever-growing and sustainable business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies to promote villas and apartments managed by Butler Management Property across all social media platforms.
  • Create high-quality visual and written content (photos, videos, captions) that highlights property features, amenities, and lifestyle experiences to attract potential guests. Conduct quality control for all staff and housekeeping cleaning, take all information to guests for all electrical equipment and usage of any items.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to significantly increase room occupancy rates through targeted promotions and audience engagement. Actively coordinate with all levels of management and PICs for the success of work operations.
  • Manage personal sales targets by producing compelling promotional videos and content that directly drive bookings and increase occupancy rates.
  • Analyze social media metrics and trends to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and ensure consistent growth in online visibility and bookings.

What We're Looking For

  • More than 1 years of experience in the same position as Social Media Management
  • Have good communication skills, able to maximize the added value of the property through displays and have implications for sales figures
  • Able to solve problems in the work environment in the most effective and efficient way
  • Proficient in using design and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw. Understands SEO optimization, audience targeting, and hashtag usage to increase retention. Ability to communicate in English very fluently
