Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Bali, Indonesia. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include developing effective content strategies, optimizing posts for platform-specific engagement, monitoring social media analytics, and fostering communication with the online community to enhance engagement and brand presence. Collaboration with various teams to align social media efforts with larger marketing strategies will also be required.

Qualifications

• Effective Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong capabilities in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills with a focus on presenting ideas clearly and engaging audiences
• Creative mindset with experience in developing and implementing social media campaigns
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia
• Prior experience in real estate or luxury markets is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Key responsibilities:

Lead the strategy and management of our social media platforms, Coordinate content creation to deliver compelling, on-brand material, Play an integral part in shaping our online presence and community engagement.

1. Social Media Management
2. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
3. Manage 8 Degree Real Estate's social media accounts, including Instagram and other platforms as needed.
4. Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely publishing of content.
5. Write engaging and on-brand captions that resonate with our target audience.
6. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across platforms.
7. Content Coordination
8. Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring content align with the brand's objectives.
9. Collaborate with the content creator, social media team, and sales team to develop scripts and ideas for lifestyle and brand-specific shoots.
10. Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and scheduling of posts.
11. Maintain strong communication with the team to align content with campaign goals and brand strategy.
12. Agrees, upon request, to allow the use of his/her image in marketing materials and to represent the company on social networks or digital media, without additional compensation beyond this employment agreement.
13. Creative Development
14. Ideate and execute engaging hooks and trends to maximize reach and engagement.
15. Ensure all visual and written content is cohesive with the 8 Degree Real Estate brand identity.
16. Analytics and Reporting
17. Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
18. Provide regular updates and insights to the team to optimize content and strategies.
