What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • 2–4 years managing social media accounts, preferably for lifestyle, sports, or hospitality brands
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook best practices
  • Experience building and executing multi-platform content strategies
  • Excellent writing skills for captions, stories, and community engagement
  • Proficient in planning tools and analytics reporting
  • Comfortable directing or collaborating with content creators to source on-brand visuals
  • Bonus if you've worked with UGC, influencers, or content partnership
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars for all Island Sports Club social channels
  • Write captions that are engaging, brand-aligned, and optimized for performance
  • Collaborate with our in-house content creator to align video and visual assets with social strategy
  • Track social analytics weekly and monthly—adjusting strategy based on data insights
  • Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table regularly
  • Manage and grow our online community: reply to DMs, comments, and engage meaningfully
  • Support campaign planning and event promotion through creative social media storytelling
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand aesthetic across platforms
