Position Overview: 

As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our organization. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports, manage financial planning and analysis, and provide strategic insights to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Leverage your strong Finance Operations background to optimize financial processes, manage cash flow, and implement effective financial controls.
  • Utilize your knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting.
  • Apply your experience in the construction or infrastructure investment sector to address sector-specific financial challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and optimize tax strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment. Proactively identify and address financial issues and opportunities.
  • Utilize your experience working with foreign companies and your ability to communicate effectively in English to interact with international stakeholders and ensure alignment with global financial practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting with a strong background in financial operations (FinOps).
  • Extensive experience in the construction or infrastructure investment sector.
  • Proficient in accounting principles and ERP applications, capable of handling complex financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong tax background, including experience with tax regulations, compliance, tax filings, and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-start, take initiative, and manage financial operations independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and new challenges.
  • Experience working in foreign companies, with effective English communication skills and experience interacting with international stakeholders.
