Main Tasks

Technical File Preparation

· Digit, Grading & Measurement Staff

  • In charge of Digitize pattern from Pattern Paper made by Pattern Maker.

  • In charge of Grading patterns.

  • Make Mini Marker for Production team (Cutting Department).

  • Report all fabric consumption used to superior.

· Technical File Staff

  • Prepare Technical Drawing for item.

  • Coordinate with pattern maker to prepare all measurements needed for producing an item.

  • Copy Technical Drawing and All measurements given by Pattern Maker in the Specification Sheet Format.

  • Compare all the data based on (Toile, Proto, Test Cut vs Size Spec vs Pattern) before going to production.

  • Prepare point of quality for an item.

  • In charge of the Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) to explain all the details about producing an item (Production Process and Quality Point).

  • Compile all the formats (Style Information, Picture, Technical Drawing, Mini Marker, Size Specification, Quality Point and BoM) into one file named Style File.

General

  • Propose and initiate improvements for the company to anticipate problems in advance and not when they are already here.

  • Report any difficulties and act proactively to solve every problem.

  • Perform any other duties and special assignments as required.

Qualifications :

· Minimum 3 Yrs Experience in Garment as a Technician or Technical Staff (From Product Development is preferable.

· Understand about Garment point of measurement and garment sewing point.

· Understand how to read patterns

· Understand how to use pattern application (especially in Optitex).

· Understand how to grading pattern.

· Can Use Adobe Illustrator application as technical drawing.

· Good Communication Skill to coordinate with development also production team.

· Proficiency in Basic MS Office (Excel, Office)

· Based / Can move to Bali

Working Hours :

08.30 AM to 17.30 PM, 5 days a week.

Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali
