As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overall business management, team leadership, and delivering exceptional service quality.

We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about the wellness and beauty industry, capable of guiding and inspiring the team to grow together.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly business plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead front desk, therapist, and support teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations (including appointment scheduling, client reception, inventory control, and hygiene standards) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to enhance professional skills and service performance.
  • Analyze business data (e.g., client traffic, repeat rates, and retail sales) and develop improvement strategies.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, maintaining the brand's premium image.

Requirements
  • Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in spa, wellness, or beauty center management preferred.
  • Strong leadership, service mindset, and business acumen, with the ability to drive team performance.
  • Familiar with operations management, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
