As a Spa Supervisor, you will be the right hand to the Manager—supporting daily operations, training therapists, launching new service projects, and improving the overall client experience.

We are looking for someone who understands both management and service, and can lead by example to inspire the team to grow together.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in supervising daily operations of the front desk and therapist teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Help develop and implement service standards and operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Train new therapists and organize regular skill development sessions to maintain high technical standards.
  • Support performance evaluations and provide feedback on technical and service improvements.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas for new treatments, packages, and service improvements.
  • Help set sales targets and incentive programs to boost performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and client reception to maintain efficient communication and excellent guest service.
  • Assist in inventory and supplies management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Take responsibility for store management and handle unexpected issues in the absence of the Manager.
  • Maintain a positive team atmosphere and coordinate collaboration across all departments.

Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or supervisory role within a spa, wellness, or beauty center.
  • Skilled in training, communication, and team motivation.
  • Strong service mindset, high sense of responsibility, and excellent execution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
