We are looking for a dedicated Retreat Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in organizing and managing transformative retreats

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations of retreats, from planning to execution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests, facilitators, and partners
  • Oversee SPA scheduling, and managing SPA treatment
  • Manage guest communications and ensure a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with the GRO team and Operations team to maintain high service standards
  • Managing additional guest payment in retreat

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in operations coordinator, hospitality, or wellness industry
  • Have SPA treatment knowledge is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, or retreat-specific schedules
