We are looking for a dedicated **Retreat Coordinator** to join our team and play a key role in organizing and managing transformative retreats

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily operations of retreats, from planning to execution
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests, facilitators, and partners
- Oversee SPA scheduling, and managing SPA treatment
- Manage guest communications and ensure a seamless experience
- Collaborate with the GRO team and Operations team to maintain high service standards
- Managing additional guest payment in retreat

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in operations coordinator, hospitality, or wellness industry
- Have SPA treatment knowledge is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or retreat-specific schedules
