**Reservation & E-Commerce Coordinator**

Responsibility
- Managing the company’s online presence on all OTA platforms to optimize visibility and bookings.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales and reservations.
- Update and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across online channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotions and special offers.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Work with the operations team to ensure villas are prepared for guest arrivals.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest details.
- Generate reports on reservation trends, occupancy, and revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in using online booking systems + Mews System (will be preferred)
- Experience in e-commerce, reservations, or a similar role in hospitality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
