- **Booking Coordination**: Confirm and update reservations, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
- **Information Management**: Maintain and update reservation records in our system, ensuring data accuracy.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between clients and our spa, relaying important information and facilitating a smooth booking process.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and proper Bahasa Indonesia.
- Fast typing skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer service or reservation role is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Experience handling reservations or inquiries in a similar environment is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Spa: 1 year (preferred)
