Job Descriptions:

  • Manage overall site/factory operations, including Production, QC/QA, Engineering, Warehouse, HSE, and other related functions.
  • Implement and ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, Halal, and other food safety standards.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved effectively, efficiently, safely, and with minimal waste.
  • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain stable OEE performance, production line efficiency, and product quality in accordance with brand standards.
  • Control raw material and packaging material inventory in coordination with related departments.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance programs and ensure all machines/equipment are in optimal operating condition.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions for production and quality issues.
  • Manage factory operational budgets, including utilities, raw materials, packaging materials, labor, and maintenance costs.
  • Provide regular site performance reports (output, downtime, waste, quality, incidents) to head office management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 4–7 years of experience in food/snack manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or at least 3 years as a Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards: GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to analyze production data, develop planning, and manage factory KPIs.
  • Experienced in working with targets in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to be placed at Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java.
