Job Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for all on-site surveying work for the construction project and the collation of survey data in accordance with design documents and surveying specifications.

  2. Carry out on-site measurements for quantity verification and compile measurement records as required by the company.

  3. Be responsible for construction technical work in line with on-site management regulations and the content of the construction organization design.

  4. Organize construction and acceptance work; properly complete permits and records for self-inspection, mutual inspection, and concealed work acceptance; and participate in quality evaluations of sub-projects, sectional projects, and unit projects.

  5. Formulate specific implementation plans in accordance with the construction organization design, earnestly organize their implementation, and maintain detailed construction diaries.

  6. Thoroughly familiarize yourself with construction drawings (every part) and conduct technical disclosure to construction teams item by item.

  7. Reasonably utilize on-site mechanical equipment, keep abreast of equipment operation status, supervise relevant departments to carry out maintenance work, and coordinate the cross-cooperation of different trades.

  8. Propose control measures to address common engineering quality issues.

  9. Assist the project technical director in technical management; promptly report any problems found during on-site surveying and participate in on-site management.

Requirements:

  1. Possession of relevant surveyor certificates is preferred.

  2. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing Chinese; experience of studying in China or working in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred.

  3. Proficient in CAD drawing and Office software operation; familiar with the use of various surveying instruments; rich on-site construction experience.

  4. More than 3 years of construction experience in factory and industrial park projects in construction contractors.

  5. A serious and responsible work attitude, strong execution capability; able to adapt to the corporate culture of Chinese-funded enterprises, hardworking, and able to endure challenging working conditions.

  6. Must have active English or Mandarin communication skills to coordinate with Chinese project managers.
