We're seeking an experienced Project Site Supervisor role for our clients. Our clients is a Construction Company based in Badung (Canggu), Bali.

POSITION : PROJECT SITE SUPERVISOR

LOCATION : CANGGU, BADUNG, BALI

COMPANY : CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or elated field with min. 3 years on-site experience.
  2. Able to read shop drawings and interpret blueprintsaccurately.
  3. Possess working knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and site procedures.
  4. Able to manage site activities based on work plans and schedules.
  5. Experienced in cost planning & providing BoQis an advantage.
  6. Passionate, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficient in AutoCAD and SAP.
  8. Based in Bali(or willing to relocate).
  9. Must be fluent in English.

Job Roles:

  1. Monitor and supervise daily construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
  2. Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and company standards.
  3. Supervise all on-site personnel, including workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  4. Analyze blueprints and drawings to ensure all work meets design specifications.
  5. Recommend improvements or changes to construction methods and operations for greater efficiency.
  6. Prepare and submit daily site reports and manage material preparation.
  7. Evaluate worker performance and provide feedback when necessary.
  8. Coordinate closely with the Site Architect and Site Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
