1. Pendidikan & Sertifikasi
  • Minimal S1 Teknik (Elektro/ Mesin/ Sipil/ MEP).
  • Pengalaman min. 5–10 tahun di proyek MEP, termasuk pengalaman sebagai supervisor/koordinator/engineer sebelumnya.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi SKK/SKA Ahli MEP, lebih diutamakan level madya/utama.
  • Memiliki Sertifikat K3 Konstruksi/Umum (wajib untuk project site).
  • Fasih membaca standar MEP seperti PUIL, SNI, NFPA, ASHRAE, Plumbing Code, dll.
  • Menguasai dokumen Project Management, RAB, QA/QC, T&C (Testing & Commissioning).

2. Pengetahuan Teknis (Hard Skills)
  • Menguasai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, kontrol & koordinasi pekerjaan MEP secara menyeluruh.

  • Paham sistem:

  • Electrical: panel LV/MV, grounding, cabling, load calculation, genset, UPS.

  • Mechanical: HVAC (chiller/AHU/FCU), ducting, pompa, kompresor.
  • Plumbing & Fire Fighting: air bersih/kotor, STP/IPAL, hydrant, sprinkler, detector, fire pump.
  • Mampu melakukan analisis desain MEP, review shopdrawing & as built.
  • Menguasai material MEP, metode kerja, manajemen subkon & vendor.
  • Paham testing & commissioning, FAT/SAT, handover sistem ke owner.
  • Memahami risk management & K3 listrik-mekanik untuk pekerjaan berisiko.

3. Soft Skill
  • Leadership dan kemampuan mengelola tim lintas disiplin.
  • Negosiasi, komunikasi profesional dengan owner/konsultan.
  • Decision making cepat berdasarkan situasi lapangan.
  • Administrasi kuat: progress report, risalah meeting, work schedule.
  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan & deadline ketat proyek.

4. Tanggung Jawab Site Manager MEP
  • Menyusun rencana kerja MEP (Master Schedule) dan kurva S.
  • Memimpin seluruh pelaksanaan instalasi MEP agar sesuai spesifikasi, mutu dan waktu.
  • Mengontrol progress harian/weekly, produktivitas, serta penggunaan material.
  • Melakukan koordinasi teknis dengan tim internal, subkon, QA/QC, Site Manager Civil dan Arsitektur.
  • Mengawal proses draft gambar, shop drawing, approval hingga selesai.
  • Melakukan QC, witness test, commissioning, hingga final handover.
  • Menyelesaikan masalah teknis dan memberikan solusi di lapangan.
  • Mengatur tooling, manpower plan, safety compliance.
  • Melaporkan perkembangan ke Project Manager/Owner secara berkala.
