Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily MEP works on-site.

  • Review MEP drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure proper implementation.

  • Coordinate with foreman, workers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Inspect installations to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

  • Schedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems.

  • Prepare progress reports and documentation related to MEP activities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in construction, hospitality, or facility management.

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hotel, resort, or commercial building operations.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
