WE ARE HIRING – SITE MANAGER

Nusa Lembongan, Bali

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the development of a sustainable boutique resort located on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan, Bali.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a thoughtfully designed project that prioritizes sustainability and tropical architectural sensibility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the entire construction process from start to finish

· Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and technical teams

· Ensure all work meets quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements

· Coordinate and monitor logistics and the delivery of construction materials to the site

· Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the management team

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction projects (experience in hospitality/resort projects is a plus)

· Strong understanding of sustainable building principles and eco-friendly materials

· Proven leadership skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear written reports in English

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, REVIT or other relevant design/construction software

· Willing to be based full-time on-site in Nusa Lembongan
