RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing new products development
- Responsible for managing all day today of manufactory operation and safety to achieve targets for production and quality standard for all customers (local & USA market).
- Full responsible for budgeting plan and to achieve the budget.
- Overseas all aspects of production process quality standard safety and always giving continuous improvement initiative in production and quality.
- Managing the all process of manufacturing with implementing:
- Better looking practice.
- Improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and have the ability to motivate and set good team work.
- Project management, development and execute all project plans for new product and projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or experience in Factory Manager, manufacturing management
- and business operation more than 3 years.
- Bring your manufacturing and leadership experiences into this role and be the driving force behind the continuous growth and improvement.
- Project, process track record in developing and executing project plan for production and warehouse enhancement.
