Job Descriptions:

  • Manage all financial recording processes at the factory, including daily transactions, cash flow, production petty cash, and operational expenditures.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements—Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow—accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with accounting standards and factory SOPs.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payments to suppliers of raw materials, equipment, and operational services.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, production budget control, and verification of cost-related documents.
  • Handle basic production costing processes (raw materials, labor, overhead).
  • Ensure accurate preparation and reporting of taxes (VAT, Withholding Tax Articles 21/23/25, annual corporate tax returns).
  • Monitor tax compliance and coordinate with external parties when needed.
  • Develop and improve SOPs related to finance, accounting, and taxation within the factory environment.
  • Conduct basic internal audits related to transactions, inventory, and production cost recording.
  • Coordinate with the production, purchasing, warehouse, and other related teams to ensure the validity of cost and inventory data.
  • Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax, preferably in food manufacturing, general manufacturing, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of production accounting processes: costing, inventory, COGS, and cost control.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations and experienced in tax reporting.
  • Proficient in preparing complete financial statements.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software; familiarity with ERP/manufacturing systems is preferred.
  • Willing to be placed in Kendal Industrial Estate, Central Java.
