Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in any related major
  2. Fluency in English and Indonesian (Mandarin is a plus)
  3. 5+ years experience as QC Manager in Toys Industry
  4. Have strong leadership, good analytic and communication skills
  5. Strong knowledge of international toy safety standards (e.g. ISO 90001)
  6. Have experience in handling third-party audits

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and guide the QA and QC team, including inspectors, technicians, and lab analysts.
  2. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal and external toy safety regulations and product standards.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities or customer complaints.
  4. Coordinate and prepare for external audits, including customer audits, third-party certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
  5. Lead training programs related to quality awareness, toy safety standards, and factory compliance.
  6. Collaborate with Product Development, Production, and Engineering teams to proactively identify potential quality issues in new product introductions.
