  • Responsible for controlling the quality of customer service, identifying problems and providing feedback timely to improve the level of customer service and finally raise customers' satisfaction.

Requirement

1 Fluency in spoken and written in English (Prefer to have B2 Level) 1 University(S1) Any field with GPA min. 2.75

2 Proficiency in using basic office software, including

Word/Excel/PowerPoint

3 Prefer to have experience as QA in contact center min 2 years

4 Clear logic, good at communication and understanding

5 Able to work in shifting schedule & public holiday

6 Have a good multitasking skill

7 Have a good leadership and coaching skill

8 Have a good presentation skill
