Company Description
PT Korea Investment and Sekuritas Indonesia (KISI) was established in 2018 following the acquisition of PT Danpac Sekuritas by Korea Investment and Securities Co., Ltd. (KIS), a major securities company in South Korea. KISI offers stockbroking, investment advisory, and securitization services to its customers. The company is also preparing to expand its services to include asset management.
Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and service oriented Call Center Associate to join our team at a leading securities firm. This role is responsible for handling client inquiries related to securities trading, account services, and investment products. The ideal candidate must hold a valid WPPE certification and demonstrate strong knowledge of capital markets and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
-
Valid WPPE certification is mandatory.
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or financial services environment
-Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and securities trading
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
-Customer focused with strong problem solving abilities
-Familiarity with trading platforms is a plus
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Prefer: able to join immediately
Job Description:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
-Provide accurate information on trading procedures, investment products, and account-related matters.
-Assist clients in executing trades and navigating online trading platforms.
-Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
-Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
-Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
