About The Role

We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who is passionate about people, culture, and building strong employer branding. This role will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire high-quality tech talent across various domains including
Data, Fullstack Engineering, Project Management, Cloud Engineering, Machine Learning, and AI Solutions
.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, suitable for someone who loves fast-paced environments, creative talent attraction, and partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities


End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, technical coordination, interviews, offering, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for tech roles:
  • Data Analyst & Data Engineer, Fullstack Developer, Cloud Engineer, Project Manager, Machine Learning Engineer & AI roles.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and collaborate with technical assessors.
  • Maintain recruitment SLAs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.


Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies across
    LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, campus partnerships, and tech communities
    .
  • Create hiring campaigns, storytelling content, behind-the-scenes culture content, and employee features.
  • Represent the company in job fairs, campus events, and tech community gatherings.
  • Build partnerships with universities, bootcamps, and talent platforms.


People & Culture Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen company culture, values, and employee experience.
  • Support onboarding experience to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
  • Run engagement surveys and translate insights into actions with the HR team.
  • Participate in organizing corporate events, internal activities, and culture-building initiatives.


Talent Strategy & Analytics

  • Analyze recruitment data (pipeline, sourcing channel effectiveness, quality of hire).
  • Forecast talent needs and plan hiring strategies with Business Unit leaders.
  • Recommend and implement improvement in hiring processes & recruitment tools (ATS/HRIS).

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2–3 years experience
    in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in tech/startup/IT consulting.
  • Strong understanding of tech roles: Data, Software Engineering, Cloud, PM, ML/AI (basic technical literacy is a plus).
  • Experience in
    employer branding
    (content, campaigns, partnerships).
  • Excellent communication skills, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
  • Creative, fast learner, and comfortable in dynamic & high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    campus hiring
    or internship programs.
  • Understanding of
    culture-building frameworks
    (values, EVP, culture deck).
  • Ability to create or manage content (simple design, copywriting, or short video editing).
