SALES ENGINEER

Diskripsi Pekerjaan  ::

  1. Mencari Customer baru yang potensial membutuhkan produk Coding dan Marking
  2. Mempersiapkan rencana Visit ke Customer
  3. Mengembangkan hubungan jangka panjang dengan Customer, melalui rutin visit ke Existing Customer sesuai dengan jadwal visit yang ditetapkan.
  4. Memberikan bantuan teknis pra-penjualan dan product knowledge kepada PIC Customer;
  5. Bekerja pada layanan purna jual dukungan dan menyediakan dukungan teknis
  6. Menjamin pemenuhan kebutuhan Customer untuk Consumable (Ink, Mark up, Cleaning dan Sparepart)
  7. Menganalisis biaya dan penjualan;
  8. Memenuhi target penjualan reguler dan koordinasi proyek
  9. Membuat laporan yang dituangkan dalam Sales Funnel untuk disampaikan kepada Branch Manager dan Board of Director

2.    Tenang dalam situasi kompleks dan menunjukkan keterampilan dalam proses penjualan produk ke Calon Customer

3.    Memiliki daya juang yang tinggi  untuk memberikan hasil yang tepat waktu

Kualifikasi ::

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3-S1 Teknik ( lebih disukai Elektro )
  2. Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Sales Engineer mesin Industri.
  3. Mempunyai relasi yang luas di perusahaan Manufacture khususnya Makanan, minuman, obat-obatan dan perusahaan sejenis
  4. Memiliki databases manufacturing di Jababeka
  5. Dapat mengoperasikan Komputer (Microsoft Office)
  6. Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan Target sales.
  7. Mempunyai SIM A & C.
