Position: Electrical Panel Sales Manager

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

Ø Client Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the electrical  panels field including equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and EPC contractors.

Ø Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide solutions(panel and components); increase order volume and repeat purchases.

Ø Sales Execution: Meet sales targets; follow up on payments.

Ø Market Insights: Track industry trends; analyze competitor product features, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns; develop response strategies.

Ø Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and complaints; deliver excellent pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales support to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements:


• Good conduct; over 3 years of experience in electrical panels related fields; experience with Schneider, ABB, etc. Preferred.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written); Chinese language skills preferred.


• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Power-related majors; proficient in MS Office.


• Established customer resources and successful sales cases; extensive network in electrical equipment and power engineering industries preferred.
