About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to join our team at PT Airlock Indonesia Jaya Raya, a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify and secure new opportunities in the West Java region. What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within your designated territory
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their challenges and requirements, and propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and proposals to secure new business
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for further business
  • Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the product development team
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering Field is a plus
  • Has experienced 3+ years progressive experience in the process industry or working in a technical sales capacity.
  • Candidates must be familiar with food, dairy, pharmaceutical and Chemical business sectors
  • Like a new challenge
  • Good in communication skill and negotiation
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to drive Car with Valid Driving License (A)
  • Microsoft office skill is a must
  • Willing to work at Cikarang - Bekasi area
  • Report to Sales Director
