Head of Solar Sales

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Head of Solar Sales with the following details:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Deep understanding of the solar energy market, including key players, technologies, and regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals with high-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving long-term business goals.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for solar products and services.
- Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and financial metrics to drive sales decisions.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the solar energy market.
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and increasing customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale commercial, industrial, and residential solar projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the solar industry.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in all sales activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Coordinate with the operations and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the solar energy market, including technological advancements and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to negotiate contracts and ensure profitable and sustainable sales agreements.
