Relationship Manager Funding & Transaction BRI RO Palembang

Job Description:

BRiLiaN Banking Associate Program (BBAP) merupakan program rekrutmen sekaligus pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan pekerja baru di level Associate melalui mekanisme kontrak / PKWT selama 18 (delapan belas) bulan dan dilakukan evaluasi untuk dipertimbangkan menjadi Pekerja Tetap.

Sebagai Relationship Manager (RM) Funding & Transaction, kamu akan melakukan akuisisi dan peningkatan portfolio bisnis dana dan transaksi (antara lain Giro, Tabungan, Deposito, Merchant, e-banking, BRIVA, dll) di wilayah kerja Kantor Cabang dan Kantor Cabang Pembantu untuk mencapai target bisnis yang ditetapkan sesuai dengan ketentuan. Selain itu, kamu juga akan menjalin relationship hingga memberikan solusi terintegrasi (integrated banking solution) demi peningkatan portfolio nasabah/calon nasabah.

Requirements:

a. Diutamakan Pendidikan S1/D4 (semua jurusan) dari Universitas/Perguruan Tinggi Terakreditasi dengan IPK ≥ 2.75 (skala 4).

b. Memiliki kemampuan membina hubungan/networking yang luas.

c. Berkelakuan baik yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku.

d. Diutamakan berdomisili di wilayah/area Unit Kerja setempat.

e. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Unit Kerja BRI.
