Mandatory Requirement :

  1. Min. Bachelor degree
  2. English level (Intermediate Speaking and Written proficiency)
  3. Working experiences minimum 5 years in Leasing Industry or 3 years in truck leasing business

Job Description  :

  1. Manage the Team of Palembang (Sales, Administration, Reporting, Collection, Repossession). Prospecting new customers and collecting all the required documents for leasing facility.
  2. Maintain good relationship with Suppliers (Heavy Equipment and Truck) and Lessee
  3. Reporting the prospective and progress customers regularly every week and preparing a visit report to be reported to SMFLI HQ to achieve the given sales target
  4. Preparing credit application memo (business summary, financial analysis, etc.) as standardized by the company and managing administrative matters

  5. Manage application process

  6. Collection of documents for leasing application

  7. Preparing Application Memo and analysing the financial information
  8. Preparing the Offering Letter (after approval obtained)
  9. Preparing and coordinating the Leasing Contract with the related department
  10. Collecting the required additional documents and any other payments or charges pursuing for the release of PO and disbursement.
  11. Coordinating with related Department to providing the Purchase Order

  12. Control disbursement (including collecting all the required incomplete documents afterwards)

  13. Manage filing internal documents and administration

  14. Manage and keep the confidential documents properly or in safety box for PDG.
  15. Prepare the Monthly Reporting to the Related Department in Head Office Jakarta.
  16. Maintain and monitor regular monthly rental payment collection of the customers.
  17. In case of overdue account and repossession (Do the rescheduling application if necessary)

Required Skills :

  1. Has relationship to HE suppliers and Truck Dealer
  2. Has existing Portfolio and understand local business situation
  3. Understand to analyse financial data and ability to prepare a Credit Application
  4. English proficiency in writing (intermediate) and verbal (basic)
  5. Has managed a Team

Range Salary : 10 – 15 mio

All interview session will conduct via Webex Meeting.
