Job Title: Relationship Officer – SME Lending

Location: Bank MAS - Veteran Palembang

About the Role

Bank MAS is looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Officer to join our SME Lending team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the needs of small and medium enterprises and has a strong track record in managing lending portfolios within the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain relationships with SME clients.
  • Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
  • Manage and grow an existing SME lending portfolio.
  • Prepare credit proposals and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide excellent service and advisory to clients to support their business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth credit processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SME lending or similar banking role.
  • Proven portfolio management experience in the SME segment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of SME market trends and credit processes.
