Role Description

This is a contract role for a Mill Relation Executive based on-site in Palembang. The Mill Relation Executive will be responsible for liaising with palm oil mills to build and maintain strong partnerships, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations along the supply chain. Daily responsibilities include monitoring mill operations, addressing issues as they arise, and contributing to the enhancement of productivity and workflow in line with the company's mission. The candidate will also provide insights and feedback to improve the digital ecosystem and services offered by SawitPRO.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of the palm oil industry, supply chain processes, and sustainability practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges efficiently
  • Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
  • Experience in using digital platforms or tools related to agriculture is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field is preferable
