Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in customer needs analysis and relationship management.
  • Product knowledge in pastry & bakery is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and planning initiatives to support sales growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales activities to support product performance.
  • Create promotional content and collaborate with marketing teams for digital and offline materials.
