Wear Rame is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 
Shop Assistant
. This role is responsible for managing inventory, assisting walk-in customers, and supporting daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, provide product information, and guide them throughout their shopping experience.
  • Support customers during fitting, product selection, and assist them all the way through checkout at the cashier.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including opening-hour cleaning (before the store opens) and end-of-day cleaning (after closing).
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods with purchase orders or invoices.
  • Store and organize products properly to maintain efficient inventory flow.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and coordinate with the purchasing team for restocking.
  • Conduct routine stock checks and support scheduled inventory audits.
  • Prepare and pack orders for customer pickup or internal delivery.
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty-related processes.
  • Support the Store Manager in improving store layout and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure the store area complies with health and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Experience as a store assistant, storekeeper, or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and MS Office is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills for stock counting and record-keeping.
  • Physically able to lift or move items when needed.
  • Understanding of safety procedures related to store operations.
