Role Description – Administrative Assistant (E-Commerce & Social Media)
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bali, Indonesia. The Administrative Assistant will support daily business operations with a primary focus on e-commerce order management, customer service, and social media coordination.
The role includes:
• Managing online orders and fulfillment (packaging, shipping coordination, stock records)
• Tracking order status and handling customer queries through messaging platforms
• Assisting with TikTok Shop and marketplace operations (uploading products, updating pricing & inventory)
• Be able to do live TikTok, shopee and Instagram for selling porpose 4 times a week 2 hours per day ( must be energetic and well spoken bahasa)
• Organizing files, maintaining documentation, and supporting general office administration
• Providing direct support to management for scheduling, reporting, and operational follow-ups
This position is ideal for someone who loves fashion, is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing Indonesian brand.
Qualifications
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; ability to manage daily workflows efficiently
• Experience in customer care, e-commerce order processing, or online shop operations is preferred
• Good understanding of TikTok Shop, social media content handling, and partnership coordination
• Proficient with office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office), messaging platforms, and
basic computer tasks
• Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic to good English is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-growing environment
