We are seeking an
exceptionally organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant
to provide full support to a dynamic CEO of a fast-growing company.

This position requires strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-level tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
  • Manage daily schedules, travel plans, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with confidential and strategic projects.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience
    as a Personal or Executive Assistant to senior management or company founders.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
    – able to communicate with international partners.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
  • Able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
