What you'll be doing


• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Maintaining the visual merchandising and presentation of the store


• Restocking and organising products to ensure the store is well-stocked and tidy


• Handling cash and card transactions accurately


• Providing product information and recommendations to customers


• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment


• Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for


• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner


• Excellent time management and organisational abilities


• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation


• A passion for the retail industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience


• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
