Retail Associate for Victoria's Secret

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for Sales Target as well as Maintain Store Cleanliness, Tidiness all the time and Ensure Merchandising and Store Standard to achieve company's objective(s).
  • To create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to 

    achieve sales goals.
  • Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store and individual monthly target.
  • Represent the Brand in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business.
  • Responsible for assisting customers with choices, assist and provide information 

    about the product in question.
  • Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years working experiences as Sales Associate in Sales Store, preferably from Fashion/ Lifestyle Retail Industry.
  • If you have VM skill would be a plus
  • Have the passion for sales with strong determination and self-motivated in achieving the goals.
  • Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company.
  • Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
