Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchases.

  • Promote and sell ChakoLab products to meet sales targets.

  • Educate customers about product features and benefits.

  • Assist in store operations, including stock monitoring, product arrangement, and sales recording.

  • Contribute to monthly KPI achievements and in-store marketing strategies.

  • Participate in promotional events, live shopping, or brand campaigns as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and store operational procedures.

Qualifications Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or the service industry is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus (especially in tourist areas).

  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide an excellent shopping experience.

  • Achieve sales targets.

  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Well-groomed, energetic, and confident when interacting with customers.

  • Detail-oriented, polite, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.

  • Based in Bali and willing to work in a Beachwalk Mall.
