Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B online grocery platform serving SMEs in Indonesia. We're expanding into the Die-cast Model Car Toys industry and looking for a Key Account Sales professional to drive growth by managing key clients, expanding KA channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Drive growth in the Indonesian toy market by leveraging sales expertise to win new KA channel customers, strengthen long-term partnerships, and expand market share through tailored strategies.
- Maximize KA channel networks by maintaining a robust customer database and expanding connections through industry events to fuel business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to provide key intelligence that drives product innovation and rapid response to consumer needs.
- Strengthen brand recognition by mastering product knowledge, supporting KA customers with impactful displays, promotions, and training to boost sales performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse teams and swiftly resolving logistics issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage payment collections and support accurate order settlements to ensure smooth cash flow and clear accounts.
- Track and analyze customer satisfaction to provide insights that drive continuous service improvement and overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
- Over 3 years of toy industry sales experience with strong KA channel networks in Indonesia, preferably with expertise in alloy cars or model toys.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, market analysis expertise, deep toy industry knowledge, effective cross-team collaboration, and proficiency in data processing tools like Excel.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, adaptable, eager to learn, and resilient under pressure to consistently deliver results in a competitive market.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian for business communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
