Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the Indonesian toy market by leveraging sales expertise to win new KA channel customers, strengthen long-term partnerships, and expand market share through tailored strategies.
  • Maximize KA channel networks by maintaining a robust customer database and expanding connections through industry events to fuel business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to provide key intelligence that drives product innovation and rapid response to consumer needs.
  • Strengthen brand recognition by mastering product knowledge, supporting KA customers with impactful displays, promotions, and training to boost sales performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse teams and swiftly resolving logistics issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Manage payment collections and support accurate order settlements to ensure smooth cash flow and clear accounts.
  • Track and analyze customer satisfaction to provide insights that drive continuous service improvement and overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
  • Over 3 years of toy industry sales experience with strong KA channel networks in Indonesia, preferably with expertise in alloy cars or model toys.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, market analysis expertise, deep toy industry knowledge, effective cross-team collaboration, and proficiency in data processing tools like Excel.
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, adaptable, eager to learn, and resilient under pressure to consistently deliver results in a competitive market.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian for business communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
